Senior Resolution Planning Project Manager

A senior project management professional is sought to lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Bank's resolution planning documentation, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure strategies are practical, comprehensive, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
This role requires a high degree of organizational skill, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in business management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations, risk management, process improvement, and performance tracking, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Bank's resolution planning documentation;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategies are practical, comprehensive, and compliant with regulatory requirements;
- Oversee resolution planning projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope;
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver clear status reporting using project management tools;
- Coordinate with resolution planning working groups and committees;
- Provide timely updates to senior risk committees and facilitate workflow discussions to design and implement new processes;
- Review and analyze data to generate insights, prepare comprehensive reports to inform decision-making, and produce governance materials such as agendas, minutes, and presentations for committees.
