Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Resolution Planning Project Manager to lead the Bank's resolution planning initiatives. This role will oversee end-to-end project management from planning and execution to reporting.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Risk, Finance, or a related field;
• Must have 5–7 years of experience in business management, project management, or a related role; prior exposure to Recovery and Resolution Planning in financial institutions is an advantage;
• Must have proven experience in a business management office, risk management, or similar function within the banking or financial services sector;
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior internal and external stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Proficiency in business management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Solid understanding of business operations, risk management, process improvement, and performance tracking;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Desired Skill-set

• Proven expertise in resolution planning, project management, and regulatory compliance;
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills with experience engaging senior committees.

Responsibilities

• Resolution Planning & Strategy: Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Bank's resolution planning documentation, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure strategies are practical, comprehensive, and compliant with regulatory requirements;
• Project & Program Management: Oversee resolution planning projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope; support the RMG COO team in planning, consolidation, and execution; monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver clear status reporting using project management tools;
• Stakeholder & Governance Engagement: Coordinate with resolution planning working groups and committees, provide timely updates to senior risk committees, and facilitate workflow discussions to design and implement new processes;
• Reporting & Analysis: Review and analyze data to generate insights, prepare comprehensive reports to inform decision-making, and produce governance materials such as agendas, minutes, and presentations for committees.
