To successfully execute the installation of M&E services in a construction environment, this role requires a strong coordination and leadership skill set. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with design and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with design and construction teams to plan and implement M&E installations
  • Chair SWC meetings and VDC meetings to facilitate communication among stakeholders
  • Resolve technical design issues related to M&E systems
  • Review project specifications and construction drawings
  • Manage sub-contractors' work to ensure timely delivery of shop drawings and services
  • Supervise and lead an installation team on M&E services installation


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/civil engineering industry
  • LTA-MRT experience is essential
  • Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model
  • Experience in working on large-scale projects
  • Ability to work 6 days a week
