Job Title:

Branch Customer Acquisition Executive


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Promote bank services to clients based on their needs and requirements.
  • Work independently and stay motivated.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their loan applications.
  • Meet sales targets set by the company.
  • Acquire sales while maintaining honesty and integrity.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as per work schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hunter skills for effective client engagement.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to promote services effectively.
  • Ability to persevere through rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a beginner's mindset and be willing to learn new skills.

Benefits:
  • 6 working days a week, including Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Competitive salary of $2100 plus incentives.
  • The selected candidate will be stationed at bank branches to promote the company's services.
  • Position is open to locals only.
