Chief Software Innovation Officer

This is a pivotal role for an accomplished software engineer who will spearhead the development of innovative software solutions. The successful candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive software development projects.
- Lead a team of junior engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and devise effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with system analysts to understand and analyze user/business/system functional requirements.
- Escalate issues to project managers in case of challenges and complexities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in software development using .Net technologies, preferably C#.Net.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment with diverse technical stakeholders.
