Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to customers, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar itself, storage areas, and surrounding spaces.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash transactions.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience as a Bartender.
  • Creative and able to think on their feet.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and credit card processing.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
