Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of our acquisition activities, including target identification, valuation models, and deal execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with regional teams to identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain valuation models to support acquisition decisions.
  • Assist with due diligence reports and legal documentation.
  • Manage and report on post-acquisition integration activities.
  • Review and approve acquisition proposals and legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of acquisition activities.
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced deal environment.
  • Sound judgment and analytical skills.
  • CA or CFA qualification desirable.
