Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maritime Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the execution of charters and projects for a number of vessels from our fleet.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with vessels, crewing, and fleet departments to ensure smooth mobilization, execution, and demobilization of vessels under charter.
  • Optimizing project results by adapting sailing strategies during contract execution.
  • Aligning and managing client expectations for vessels under charter.

You will also provide commercial department support on operational matters in the pre-contract phase and visit vessels during mobilization and demobilization campaigns to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a nautical background with sailing experience on CSVs as Captain or Chief Officer, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant shore-based experience in the maritime industry.

You should also possess strong communication skills in Nautical English and be able to share project goals by involving necessary stakeholders.
