Our organization is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team as an Nurse. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents and promoting a safe and healthy environment.
- Working collaboratively with nursing staff to achieve excellence in clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.
- Assisting in the administration of medications, performing wound dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
- Supporting the admission, assessment, and orientation of new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into our care.
- Supervising newly recruited nurses and junior staff, guiding them in adhering to established standard operating procedures.
- Contributing to the planning and delivery of rehabilitation programs, fostering resident participation and engagement.
- Maintaining accurate records and logs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address resident feedback and concerns, resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Local trained: NITEC in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Foreign trained: Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Board Pass (Professional Regulation Council) or equivalent certification.
- State Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board registration.
- Valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
- Able to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality.
