Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting inventory intake, ensuring accurate recording of stock in/out on stock cards, and maintaining good housekeeping, overall cleanliness, and safe working conditions in the warehouse.

Key Tasks:
  • Support inventory intake and ensure accurate recording of stock in/out on stock cards.
  • Receive goods and generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the system within 2 working days of receipt.
  • Perform picking based on the Pick List and verify item type and quantity.
  • Update stock cards accurately after each picking activity.
  • Attend to goods release requests from internal requestors.
  • Participate in stock cycle counts and annual stocktaking exercises.


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a store or warehouse environment. Basic computer skills and physical fitness with the ability to carry loads of up to 15 kg are also essential. Experience in forklift operation (loading/unloading) is an added advantage.
