Job Title: Production Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team in the Eunos Area. This role involves coordinating production processes, planning and scheduling tasks based on order requirements, inventory levels, and resource availability.

  • Manage production orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery according to client specifications.
  • Collaborate with procurement team members to secure timely supply of raw materials (wood, hardware, fabric).
  • Liaise closely with workshop supervisors, skilled craftsmen and artisans to align tasks and daily targets.
  • Assist in monitoring product quality, ensuring adherence to production standards and client specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, job orders, material usage, and delivery schedules.
  • Proactively address and resolve production delays, supply shortages, or quality issues.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years experience in a production coordination or planning role, preferably in the furniture industry. Knowledge of production processes in carpentry, upholstery, metalwork is also essential. Additionally, strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and production scheduling software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and a diploma in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field are required.

Requirements:
