Project Scheduling Expert

As a seasoned project scheduling expert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules using CPM and cornerstone scheduling systems. Your expertise in resource loading and risk analysis will be invaluable in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project lifecycles, contract schedules, and planning methodologies. Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, MS Office Suite, and planning/reporting tools is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills are also required.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM and cornerstone scheduling systems.
  • Apply earned value methodology and conduct performance measurements and schedule trend analysis.
  • Monitor and report on contractor and subcontractor performance.
  • Support various levels of project reporting and lead project planning and scheduling review meetings.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with infrastructure projects.
