Job Role:

The Job Title: CMS System Setup Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining and supporting the Completions Management System. This involves setting up project structures, system hierarchies, ITR templates, punch list workflows, and ensuring data accuracy to support project delivery and turnover.

This includes tasks such as project database configuration, engineering and vendor data upload and validation, completion template setup and maintenance, user account management, data integrity and version control, and system backup procedures.

The successful candidate will be working closely with multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, construction, and quality control teams to ensure seamless field execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure project databases
  2. Upload and validate engineering and vendor data
  3. Setup and maintain completion templates
  4. Manage user accounts
  5. Ensure data integrity
  6. Provide first-line support
  7. Monitor progress dashboards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or related discipline
  • Prior experience with completions management systems preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel/SQL data handling skills
  • Understanding of ITRs, punch list management, and project turnover processes
