Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute E&I works according to the project schedule and specified targets.
  • Collaborate closely with contractors to maintain material and work quality standards as per project specifications.
  • Monitor and update daily manpower reports, and provide feedback on any shortfalls.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors to prioritize activities based on the sequence of works.
  • Engage in site coordination with other trades to ensure seamless execution.
  • Anticipate and address potential material shortages.
  • Ensure site execution aligns with the project plan and sequence of works, with proper supervision.
  • Attend weekly sub-con meetings to discuss site challenges and provide solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to sub-contractors on specific job details.
  • Oversee and monitor every aspect of work status and progress.
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the planning department.
  • Clearance of punch lists from both in-house and clients.
  • Request inspection in line with approved ITPs.
  • Active involvement and support in maintaining worker safety at all times.
  • Participation in safety programs and implementation, including daily Tool Box Meetings and VSCC.

Requirements

Applicants should possess a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

At least 3 years of experience in marine/shipyard operations involving site electrical and instrument supervision works.
