Asia Pacific Corporate Physical Security and Operational Resilience Manager

KKR is a global investment firm with nearly five decades of experience in alternative asset management and capital markets. We seek a corporate physical security and operational resilience leader to manage our Security and Resilience programs in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of KKR's physical security operations across APAC portfolio offices, including teams, guard force personnel, Crisis Management and Intelligence Center staff, and third-party service providers.
- Draft, refine, and implement Global Security Policies and Procedures in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee regional Crisis Management and Intelligence Centers, serve as Regional Incident Commander during activations, and participate in ad-hoc projects and special events to ensure security solutions meet Firm expectations.
- Coordinate site-specific fire and life safety exercises, deliver security trainings and presentations, and foster a global standard for workplace safety.
- Prepare, track, and analyze regional security and resilience budgets, and cultivate strong partnerships with professionals, security peers, property management resources, and local first response resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate services and real estate management, preferably in the financial or professional services industry.
- Proven record of overseeing strategy implementation and reporting to senior management on progress.
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity, good judgment and sense of priorities, excellent multitasking and time management skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
