Job Title: Asia-Pacific Security and Resilience Leader

KKR seeks a seasoned professional to oversee the firm's security and resilience programs in the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of physical security, crisis management, investigations, business continuity, and duty of care.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of KKR's physical security operations across APAC offices
- Develop and implement global security policies and procedures
- Oversee regional Crisis Management and Intelligence Center located in India
- Actively participate in ad-hoc and capital projects, special events, and other matters to ensure security solutions are designed and implemented in line with Firm expectations
- Coordinate site-specific fire and life safety exercises
- Prepare, track, and analyze a regional security and resilience budget

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate services and real estate management
- Proven record of overseeing the implementation of strategies and reporting to senior management on progress
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity
- Good judgment and sense of priorities
- Excellent ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work well under pressure

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding organization skills to manage multiple demands and projects
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with sound judgment of complex, sensitive, or ambiguous issues
- Superior initiative with a proven track record in process enhancement
