Senior Debt Origination Specialist

This is a highly specialized role that requires the ability to originate and develop innovative financing solutions for clients with a focus on complex transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the corporate credit market, private debt fund structures, and alternative assets including direct lending and private equity.

  • Originate and develop innovative financing solutions for clients with a focus on complex transactions
  • Identify key structural, credit/market risk, and operational factors present in current and prospective credit facilities
  • Work with potential syndicate partners to distribute risk
  • Coordinate periodic reviews with borrowers, internal and external partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in client-facing role required
  • Solid understanding of corporate credit market, private credit, leveraged loans, and CLOs
  • Knowledge of private debt fund, SPV/SPE and lending structures
  • Candidate should have a good foundation in financial statement analysis in a corporate debt context
