Key Responsibilities:

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in airline cargo operations, compliance, and performance management.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree Holder or equivalent working experience in the Aviation / Air Cargo industry
  • Relevant experience in airline cargo operations, compliance and performance management
  • Has numeracy, statistical ability to analyze trends and capacity management an added advantage
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in managing projects, product and capacity steering principles
  • Analytical mind, willingness to learn and able to work under pressure
  • IT Computer skills, include Power Point, Word, Excel, Cognos and aptitude to work with specialized in-house programs and web-based applications, related to capacity steering
