**Job Description**

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Asia Fixed Income and Currency Market Analyst. This role is responsible for providing in-depth analysis and research on local markets, including India and South-east Asia.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Asia local markets, excellent knowledge of economic and financial techniques, and strong analytical skills. They will be responsible for producing innovative ideas, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic recommendations for clients.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our economists and strategists to cover Asia and other emerging economies. They will also prepare written documents to communicate their findings to clients, participate in marketing efforts, and engage with external clients through presentations and meetings.

The role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and flexibility. The ability to produce high-quality reports and analyses under tight deadlines is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for identifying existing gaps in our research offering and innovating ways to close them. You will also work with more junior members of the team to develop their skills and knowledge.
