  • To install, repair and maintain air passages and conduit systems for aircon/hvac/acmv system in residential or commercial buildings.\
  • The selected candidate will ensure that duct work adheres to building regulatory compliance and company standards of work.\
  • Installation of air conditioning systems.\
  • Troubleshooting and repair works for the air-con.\
  • On-site preventive servicing and maintenance of air-con.\
  • Preparation of service reports.\
  • Any other duties assigned by the management team.\
    • \Key Skills and Qualifications:\
      • \
      • Installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC units and mechanical components.\
      • Planning, assigning, and supervising the installation, servicing, and repairing of HVAC systems.\
      • Collaborating with internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure efficient system functioning.\
      • Fabricating and installing ductwork and other essential metal components.\
      • Reading and interpreting blueprints and HVAC plans to guide installation.\
      • Inspecting and repairing damaged duct systems for optimal performance.\
      • Ensuring proper insulation and sealing of duct systems to maintain energy efficiency.\
