Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

To install, repair and maintain air passages and conduit systems for aircon/hvac /acmv system for residential or commercial building.

To ensure the duct work adhere to building regulatory compliance and company standard of work.

Installation of air conditioning system.

Troubleshooting & repair works for the air-con.

On-site preventive servicing & maintenance of air-con.

Preparation of service reports.

Any other duties as assigned.

Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC duct systems in accordance with safety standards and building regulations.

Must have experience in Installation, Troubleshoot & Repair the HVAC Units & mechanical components.

Experience in planning, assigning and supervising the installation, servicing and repairing HVAC systems.

Collaborating with internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure efficient system functioning.

Perform Routine Preventive maintenance on equipment, building facilities and offices.

Provided trouble shooting & resolve production issues.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure HVAC systems are functioning properly.

Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems individually.

Fabricating and installing ductwork and other essential metal compo-

tions. Reading and interpreting blueprints and HVAC plans to guide installation.

Inspecting and repairing damaged duct systems for optimal performance.

Coordinating with clients and team members to execute installation plans effectively.

Ensuring proper insulation and sealing of duct systems to maintain en-ergy efficiency.

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations in Singapore.
