Director of Innovation Projects

As a leader in innovation, you will spearhead the development and execution of projects aimed at driving transformation within our hospital. This will involve overseeing strategic initiatives that support our efforts to improve and grow as an institution.

You will be responsible for managing training programs designed to foster a culture of innovation within the hospital. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that promote creativity and problem-solving.

In addition, you will serve as a member of our cluster-level innovation committee, where you will work closely with other team members to identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations both within and outside the cluster.

Your role will also involve supporting grant call activities and developing innovative initiatives to drive growth and improvement within the hospital.

To succeed in this position, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 6 years of experience in healthcare, project management, or innovation-related fields
  • Excellent organizational and adaptability skills
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a solid track record of team development
