Strategic Event Marketing Lead

Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of comprehensive event marketing strategies, focusing on enhancing attendee engagement, driving lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop strategic event marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-year event plans, including internal and external events, training meetings, and industry-related events.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to update and track event details in a centralized calendar system.
- Partner with content, product, social media, communications, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure holistic activation of event content.
- Oversee event planning and project management, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
- Act as an ambassador for the organization, upholding its core values and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in event marketing, with proven success in planning and delivering successful virtual and in-person events.
- Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time.
