We are looking for an Integration Expert to join our team of professionals who specialize in integrating software solutions with third-party vendors.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys solving complex problems. As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of AlphaDesk counterparty integrations including configuration, certification, support, and maintenance of connections with third-party vendors.

  • Configuration: You will work closely with our development team to configure trade reports in C# & SQL, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' systems.
  • Certification: You will collaborate with our quality assurance team to test and certify our integrations, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • Support: You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have regarding our integrations.
  • Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining our existing integrations, ensuring they remain up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
