National University Health System PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Nursing Clinical Educator to join our team.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity will see you working as a key member of our nursing education department, responsible for developing and delivering clinical education programs to ensure high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement continuing education plans for nursing staff to maintain their level of competency.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify gaps in knowledge and skills among nursing staff.
- Deliver structured teaching sessions to newly recruited nurses and nursing staff.
- Mentor and coach preceptors and clinical instructors on their role effectiveness and assessment of nursing trainees and junior nurse's performance.
- Collaborate with ward/unit/cluster Nursing Officers and Senior Nursing Officers to maintain clinical standards and conduct total performance management.
Requirements:
- A Registered Nurse with at least 9 years of post-registration clinical experience, including a minimum of one year in clinical teaching/professional development and continuing education.
- Diploma in Nursing with relevant post-basic advanced certification and Degree in Nursing from a recognized training institution.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
