Job Opportunity
As a seasoned network and security specialist, you will oversee managed security and network device services for assigned projects.
  • Ensure operations align with contractual obligations and client requirements.
  • Participate in internal and customer-facing meetings.
  • Produce regular security and network device performance reports.
  • Solidify compliance activities and audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Endpoint Security Management: Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions to safeguard networks against threats.
  • Network Configuration: Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices to optimize system performance.
  • Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network issues, outages, or latency problems promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Security Tool Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot foundational security and network tools to ensure seamless operation.
  • Cybersecurity Implementation: Implement and maintain IT security solutions to protect against cyber threats.
  • Firewall Optimization: Configure, optimize, and validate complex firewall rules and configurations to enhance system security.
  • Vulnerability Tracking: Verify rule sets, port configurations, and overall firewall setup to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Emerging Threats: Ensure enforcement and maintenance of system security postures to protect against emerging threats.
  • IT Security Notifications: Track, assess, and act on IT security notifications to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Security Scans: Conduct routine system scans to identify security gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Risk Assessment: Review IT Security Risk Assessment Registers and Reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date security and network documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Cybersecurity Incident Response: Actively participate in cybersecurity incident response efforts to mitigate the impact of security breaches.
