The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate customer quality complaints which includes product change notification, history of quality purge orders, previous quality complaints, shipment information and follow up appropriate actions with the manufacturers and the salesperson or customers.
- Measure the performance periodically and work towards to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Attend and guide salesperson on enquires relating to quality matters.
- Consult manufacturer on any quality matters requiring their clarifications or follow up actions.
- Ensure all documents relating to customer quality complaints are updated in active revisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Min 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance field.
- Experience in handling CCAR, SCAR, and ICAR.
- Experience in answering QMS and EMS related questionnaires.
- Conversant with AS9120 Aerospace Quality Management System, ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System.
- Experienced in ESD control.
- Experienced in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Advanced level in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
