Service Technician

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled and retrofit works on automatic door parts, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.

Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and conducting site checks on automatic entrance systems, proposing parts recommendations to clients as needed. You will also be responsible for providing site reports to clients, testing and commissioning new installations, and decommissioning old ones. Additionally, you will conduct risk assessments of all automatic entrance-related systems and products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to propose upgrades to automatic door entrances and provide feasible solutions to existing door entrance problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining assigned service vehicles in good working condition, keeping them clean and hygienic at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a valid Class 3 Singapore Driving License and relevant experience in related mechanical or electrical roles.
