Business Growth Executive

As a key member of our team, you will lead all sales and deployment activities for our foodservice robotics systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth running of the deployed units. You will represent the voice of customers to drive product development and prepare for commercialization.

This is a strategic and hands-on role supporting consumer experience, customer success, and ultimately business growth at RoloRobotics. You will help reimagine kitchens of tomorrow and realize this vision today.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies.
  • Build and grow relationships to drive sales, deployments, and support for our foodservice robotics.
  • Drive product feature definition, prioritization, and commercialization in collaboration with customers and technical teams.
  • Form strategic partnerships as necessary to support our roadmap.
  • Track market trends, identify new markets, and recommend new products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Be the face of our product; act as the first point of contact for customer queries and troubleshooting purposes.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience, including global experience in foodservice leading operation innovations & technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience developing and operating technical systems.
  • Experience navigating franchise organizations.
  • Experience driving hardware product vision, roadmap, development, pilot, and roll-out.
  • Experience in partnerships with suppliers/innovators, operators, and investors within the foodservice ecosystem.
  • Experience developing and launching new foodservice concepts.
  • Experience working as an interface between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable in equipment food safety/sanitation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in start-ups.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams.
