The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager position plays a vital role in driving brand visibility and sales growth through effective trade marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Trade Show Participation: Plan, organize, and participate in trade shows to promote the brand, showcase products, and generate leads.
- International Business Development: Develop and execute trade marketing plans and strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth while building and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
- Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative trade marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum diploma or degree in business administration, marketing, sales, international business, or related disciplines, with at least 5-7 years of experience in trade marketing or the FMCG industry.
A strong organizational and multitasking ability is required, along with proficiency in using marketing tools and office software. Cross-cultural communication skills and experience in project management are advantageous.
This role may require travel and collaboration with internal departments such as sales, marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of projects and orders.
