Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the coordination and execution of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to investigator sites based in Japan through effective communication of information in Japanese language, training sites and documentation of services pertaining to clinical trials.
  • Supports the overall performance, education and training of the sites on a study level to ensure the execution of protocols are completed accurately and on time.
  • Uses tools provided to answer all questions, takes orders and ensures clean data at the earliest point in time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Mandate to be fluent in Japanese and English language (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
  • Accurate data entry skills with intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Strong client and phone service skills
