  • Maintain seamless communication across departments through regular meetings and operational alignment.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within an international luxury hotel brand.">
  • Diploma or higher in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.">
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.">
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.">
  • Exceptional guest engagement skills with a natural ability to build rapport and deliver personalized service.">
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and highly motivated to raise the bar in dining excellence.">
