Job Title:

Sales Project Engineer - BMS/HVAC Retrofit Specialist

Job Description:

As a Sales Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing project development and implementation activities according to customer specifications. You will work closely with the sales team to create quotations and follow up on service retrofit jobs.

  • Conduct site surveys and attend pre-bid walkthroughs as needed to assess project requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules that meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to prepare project proposals, tender submissions, and contractual documents.
  • Regularly interact and follow up to ensure all projects are completed within allocated timelines and requirements.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside, energy services, and building services is an added advantage.
  • Must have own vehicle for traveling.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with associates who only speak Mandarin.
