Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient support professional to join our team at a prestigious educational institution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support, handling general enquiries via phone calls, walk-ins, and other methods of enquiry
  • Offer general administrative and housekeeping support in the school office, including filing, sorting of mails, updating of notice boards, managing office stationeries, etc.
  • Assist with logistical and administrative support in school events and activities
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative support duties as assigned by the school from time to time

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in providing administrative support in an educational setting
  • Able to utilize MS Office applications proficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
