Job Description:

You will be part of HPB's Workplace Health Planning and Company Outreach department, working to advance health promotion efforts in workplaces to reduce Singapore's burden of diseases.

  • Scope
  • You will support your team lead in co-developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating cost-effective and sustainable health programmes for companies and workers.
  • Develop strategic and sustainable collaborative partnerships to advance health promotion efforts in the workplace setting.
  • Review and improve systems and processes based on key labour and market trends, backed by evidence and data sets, to achieve HPB's goals and drive efficiency.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
About You:

An ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in business development and administration, partnership and account management, and data analytics.

  • A proven track record in developing, implementing, and executing sustainable initiatives with an understanding of business and operational needs against partner needs.
  • Strong planning, analytical, project administration, and management skills.
  • Basic data skillsets, comfortable working with and processing data, able to draw insights and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Collaborative and partnership building skills, confident in working with government and corporate partners and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to distil and communicate complex concepts and information in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral).
  • Adaptability and ability to navigate through new situations and challenges.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of SGD $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
