Senior Executive Position

KK Women's and Children's Hospital PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to coordinate and support the development, implementation, and operationalisation of Population Health programmes in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Executive who will coordinate and assist in supporting the development, implementation, and operationalisation of Population Health programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with various Steering Committees, councils, workgroups, internal and external stakeholders to transform Maternal and Child Health in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate Population Health programmes in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Steering Committees, councils, workgroups, internal and external stakeholders to achieve programme objectives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Maintain effective communication with staff across job levels and from different professional domains
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address programme gaps and opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to programme teams as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree with 6 years of relevant experiences. Supervisory experiences would be an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with staff across job levels and from different professional domains
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good planning, organising, negotiation, influence, mediation, conflict management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle dynamic environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
