The successful candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering (Robotics), or a related field, and a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in robotic automation integration and implementation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.

Proficiency in robotics programming languages and mechanical components is essential. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities, providing technical leadership and guidance to the team, and ensuring best practices are followed in customer engagement, troubleshooting, and task prioritization.

This role involves creating and conducting tests to validate robotic systems and ensuring reliability, implementing and maintaining control systems for robotic applications, and resolving complex technical issues with automated systems in real-time.
