IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist

Description:
As an IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating activities and processes required for effective day-to-day organization of IT assets and contracts management. You will also be responsible for resource management, including onboarding/offboarding/contract extension and headcount tracking and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to projects for Antaes Asia clients by coordinating activities and processes required for effective day-to-day organization of IT Infrastructure assets and contracts management.
  • Resource management, e.g., onboarding/offboarding/contract extension and headcount tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks, RACI, and end-to-end process/engagement model for on-boarding IT Assets in region (reconciling with financial books).
  • Assist with the governance of asset inventory including stock take and checks.
  • Periodic internal quality assurance assessment across IT Asset portfolio, highlighting any potential gaps, defining remediation plan and ensuring continued adherence to Group IT Asset Management standards.
  • Contract Management: Ensure all contracts are registered in SourcingHub and aligned to Marley Asset Inventory.
  • Publish report of CTB/RTB consumption from Pyramid and follow-ups.
  • Assist with producing TCO reporting (on Apptio).
  • Work with Procurement and Expense team on follow-ups and maintain governance.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Passionate and curious about technology and problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluency in English and confident communicator.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, growth mindset.
  • Strong focus in establishing long-term relationships with our clients/internal partners.
  • Good team spirit, able to work as a team and lead different teams together in order to achieve maximum business value.
  • Innovative and always performs market watch to bring new concepts or ideas.
