Your Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Risk Appetite and Capacity: Be comfortable with taking calculated risks to drive growth and innovation.
  • Experience: Previous experience in running teams and/or organizations, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Coachability: Be open to learning and growth, embracing feedback and new ideas.
  • Effective Communication: Possess strong communication skills, able to navigate tough conversations and build relationships.
  • Rational and Objective: Demonstrate solid judgment and decision-making skills, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Startup Skills: Bring a solid track record of skills in a key startup discipline (sales, operations, tech, product, marketing, etc.).
  • Domain Expertise: Relevant domain expertise in Sales & Lead Generation is a plus, but not required.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The location is remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
