Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to provide exceptional technical service and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, main/subcontractors, and suppliers.

This role involves delivering excellent customer service, including in-house/onsite support, training, installation, demos, and commissioning of products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining digital service portals, workshops, and monthly reports.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical service support to existing clients.
  • Coordinating with clients, consultants, main/subcontractors, and suppliers on all operational issues.
  • Advising and training customers on basic operation and maintenance techniques.
  • Maintaining workshop safety and meeting environment health and safety requirements.
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with project technical support, sample making, and site visits.
  • Providing timely reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fresh to 3 years of work experience.
  • Experience in Industrial Dot Pin Markers, Print & Apply, Laser & Ink Jet printers is an advantage.
  • Class 3 Driving Licence.
  • Singaporean's or PR's only, as no vacancy for S-Pass or Work Permits.
