Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing project planning, monitoring, and execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Translating business processes into functional specifications.
  • Liaising between business users and the IT development team to ensure successful delivery of IT projects.
  • Providing regular project updates to stakeholders and addressing any arising issues.
  • Coordinating testing and implementation of fixes.
  • Ensuring adherence to IT policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Continuously assessing and optimizing system performance to drive improvements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst leading at least two end-to-end full SDLC project delivery.
  • Experience in API integration including REST, SOAP and Webhooks.
  • Knowledge of bespoke web-based workflow processing-related applications is an added advantage.
  • Prior exposure to the education industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Customer service orientation and commitment to quality.
