Job Opportunity:
POLI MEDICAL COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Changi Airport Sales Associate to promote and educate tourists about the benefits and features of our premium Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products.
About the Role:
We are looking for a sales-oriented individual who can engage with customers, address their needs, and drive product sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an airport retail environment and be fluent in both English and Chinese.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and educate tourists about TCM products, ointments, collagen, and bird's nest
- Drive product sales by engaging with customers and addressing their needs
- Record daily sales and provide feedback on customer preferences or issues observed during work
- Restock products as needed and ensure items are neatly and attractively displayed on shelves
- Build positive relationships with tourists, creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience
- Comply with all airport retail regulations and company policies
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with diverse groups of tourists, and have the ability to work independently.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $11-$12 per hour, along with the opportunity to gain valuable retail and sales experience in a vibrant international environment.
Additional Information:
Prior experience in an airport retail environment is preferred, but not required. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential for this role.
