Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Security Analyst to implement security controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong technical skills in Workday Security configuration, knowledge of security frameworks, and experience in conducting risk assessments and developing policies and procedures related to information security management.

The ideal candidate will provide support and respond to Workday Security related queries, conduct periodic reviews of security controls, collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential security risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Workday Security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement security controls in Workday based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of security controls to ensure their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Develop policies and procedures related to information security management and ensure their implementation within the organization.
  • Monitor emerging security threats and vulnerabilities and take proactive measures to address them.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Workday Security and apply them to enhance the organization's security posture.
  • Create and build Workday reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Security configuration and implementation.
  • Technical experience in Workday HCM, BP, Reporting, and Integration will be desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security frameworks.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing policies and procedures related to information security management.
  • Knowledge of emerging security threats and vulnerabilities and strategies to mitigate them.
