About the Team
The Workday Trust team provides pre-sales security and privacy support explaining Workday’s information security, compliance, and privacy programs to provide prospective customers with insights into the investments that Workday makes in protecting our customers' data. The Trust team is a strategic partner to the Workday sales, pre-sales and legal organizations and responsible for building a compelling vision of Workday’s security and privacy practices. Successful Information Security Architects develop a deep knowledge of information security, privacy and compliance and are passionate about Workday and our customers.
About the Role
The Senior Information Security Architect provides pre-sales support for prospective customer due diligence and vendor risk management processes. They use in-depth domain knowledge to provide information to prospective customers through sales presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and Q&A sessions. In this role you will take an open and transparent approach to explaining and detailing the programs, processes, policies, and technical solutions in place to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Customer Data, presenting the value of Workday’s technology, security, and privacy practices to customers to differentiate Workday in the marketplace
About You
Basic Qualifications
Working knowledge of information security frameworks, security standards and guidelines
- Knowledge of security certifications and audits (ISO 27001, ISO 27018, SOC-1, SOC-2 etc.)
Other Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, enterprise software or social network environment highly valued
Experience in technical pre-sales or customer facing roles valued
- Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and oral
- Organized, adaptable, and highly detailed problem solver
