Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to take ownership of product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams from ideation to launch, balancing business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.
  • Own the full product lifecycle - from requirements gathering and PRD documentation to launch, iteration, and performance tracking.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product adoption, engagement, and ROI, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to integrate third-party solutions and expand the product ecosystem.
  • Drive API and system architecture standardization to improve scalability and developer efficiency.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building product management best practices across the organization.
Requirements
  • Diploma and above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale product launches or platform rollouts.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset; proficiency in tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, as the role requires regular communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
