Job Description

As a seasoned Engineering Specialist, you will lead the engineering and production team in ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, health and safety regulations, and ISO standards.

  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on machinery installation and commissioning, as well as troubleshooting and analysis of equipment failures.
  • Develop and maintain technical training programs for the engineering and production teams.
  • Promote Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives across all machines and equipment.
  • Analyze and improve machine and equipment performance through regular reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent, coupled with at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of PLCs, basic robot operation, and electrical drawings are essential. Effective leadership, strong communication skills, and a good command of English are key qualities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • 3 years in a supervisory role.
