About the Company
Asia Community Foundation Ltd. (ACF) is a trusted giving platform that catalyses funding at scale with informed, efficient grant-making for donors acting individually or collectively. Established in 2022, ACF was born out of the pressing need for a regional platform to facilitate cross-border giving in Asia.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Development & Partnerships. In this role, you will contribute to ACF's annual donor development and fundraising plans, identify potential partners, and foster ongoing relationships with donors. Key responsibilities include building pipelines for new donors through participation in events, workshops, and leveraging partnerships with banks, intermediaries, and other organisations.

Main Responsibilities
* Contribute to ACF's annual donor development and fundraising plans
* Identify potential partners and manage communications with financial institutions, consultancies, and other industry intermediaries
* Foster ongoing relationships with donors by working in a consultative manner to understand needs and interests
* Build pipelines for new donors through participation in events, workshops, and leveraging partnerships with banks, intermediaries, and other organisations
* Communicate ACF's unique role and value in the philanthropy and social impact ecosystems
* Contribute to managing and maintaining a system for tracking proposals and progress status for new prospects and ongoing donor relationships

Requirements
* 7+ years' work experience in the financial services industry or equivalent
* Deep understanding and commitment to the nonprofit sector
* Demonstrated success in client development, fundraising, or related work
* Excellent English and Mandarin language communication skills - written, oral, and listening; interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to self-start, make decisions, and adjust to evolving situations
