Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Boiler Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our boiler systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
  • Supporting sitewide routine operation and maintenance (ad hoc, corrective and preventive maintenance) to clean and black utilities systems such as steam boilers, air compressors, chillers & cooling towers, air handling units, water softeners, purified water (RO & WFI), and wastewater systems.
  • Providing hands-on operation of facilities equipment and systems, where qualified or under instruction, in accordance with procedures and policies.
  • Performing maintenance on facilities equipment and systems as appropriate to knowledge, skills, and certifications/licenses.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities and utilities systems and process equipment related validation / GMP requirements. They will also possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and information technology skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum Diploma in Engineering.
  • Boiler Certificate Class 1 / 2.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
