Business Analyst - CTRM Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a CTRM expert, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.


Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) to optimize processes and drive efficiency within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to commodity trading activities, risk management, and financial reporting.
Design and implement solutions within CTRM systems to enhance trading strategies, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of CTRM systems and tools.
Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.
Partner with IT teams and vendors to customize CTRM solutions, integrate with other systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in commodity trading and risk management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CTRM certification) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the commodity trading industry, with a focus on CTRM systems.
Strong understanding of commodity markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles.
Proficiency in using CTRM systems such as OpenLink Endur, Allegro, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience with SQL, VBA, or other programming languages is a plus.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing commodity trading operations is desirable.
