Job Description

Overview

This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring funded programs align with organizational policies and support national initiatives.

The primary objective of this position is to strengthen grants policies and governance within the organization, developing terms and conditions for grants, and engaging stakeholders to ensure compliance and enforceability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Funding Policy Formulation:
    Develop corporate-level funding policies and funding parameters to support national initiatives and organizational objectives.
  2. Budget Evaluation and Management:
    Evaluate budget requests from program partners and oversee the allocation and management of the organization's resources.
  3. Manpower Establishment Planning:
    Secure and optimize manpower resources to implement organizational programs and operations.
  4. CET Grants Management:
    Lead the management of CET grants and strengthen CET grants governance for the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Possess the required competencies to execute job duties proficiently.

  1. Manager:
    Up to 6 years of relevant work experience in grants policies, governance, and risk management. Those with no relevant experience but have been involved in relevant projects or related studies can apply.
  2. Senior Manager:
    At least 6 years of relevant work experience in grant policies, governance, and risk management.
